Open the Settings app
Tap your name at the top
Tap Subscriptions
Choose Clenva
Tap Cancel Subscription

Cancel at least 24 hours before a free trial or billing period ends to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Cleaning

How do I start?

Open Clenva, allow access to Photos and Contacts when asked, and tap Media Check. Then open a category, review the suggestions and confirm.

Clenva marked a photo I want to keep.

Suggestions are never final. Deselect anything you want to keep before deleting; only selected items are removed.

I deleted photos but storage did not change.

iOS moves deleted photos and videos to Photos → Albums → Recently Deleted, where they still take up space for up to 30 days. Open that album, tap Select, then Delete All to free the space right away.

Secret Space

How do I lock Secret Space?

Secret Space is protected with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode. Authentication is handled by iOS; Clenva never receives your biometric data.

Is Secret Space backed up?

Secret Space is stored inside the app on your iPhone. We do not keep a copy on our servers, so we cannot restore it for you.

What happens if I delete the app?

Deleting the app can permanently remove the contents of Secret Space. Move anything you want to keep back to your library before deleting the app.

How do I get a refund?

Payments are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the purchase and choose Request a refund.

How do I change access to my photos or contacts?

Open iPhone Settings, scroll to Clenva and change access to Photos or Contacts at any time.
